Partner Collaboration Funding Available for PhD Domestic Students

NICTA PhD Scholarship

NICTA provides a range of scholarships to support postgraduate research within its partner universities:

University of Queensland’s School of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering
Queensland University of Technology’s Faculty of Information Technology
Griffith University’s Institute for Integrated and Intelligent Systems or School of Information and Communications Technology

NICTA scholarships may supplement Australian Government or University Scholarships, alternatively they may be awarded as independent NICTA sponsored scholarships.

All scholarships are based on the acceptance by the recipient of the conditions of award established by the relevant University in which the student is applying for postgraduate admission.

Eligibility

NICTA scholarships are available to local and international students who have:

Demonstrated research potential
Strong academic referees.
Eligible for admission as research candidates at University of Queensland, Queensland University of Technology, or Griffith University;
