Welcome to the School of Information Technology & Electrical Engineering (ITEE) at UQ.

Whether you've chosen to study Information Technology or Multimedia Design, your choice will introduce you to one of the most rapidly changing and exciting disciplines of today!

Over the coming decades, advances in science, engineering, commerce and the arts will be inextricably linked with information technology in some way.

Completing your degree at UQ gives you a world-class start in shaping the future.

Both programs are 3 year degrees with an opportunity to complete an honours fourth year. With input from industry experts, ITEE offers practical project work plus opportunities to gain work experience and credit for Microsoft and CISCO industrial certificates. You can choose one or more majors with a particular career outcome in mind or build a dual degree.
