This provides details of the process for students to follow to view final examination scripts. This process has been endorsed by the Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Information Technology (EAIT), Director of Studies. Any comments on this process should be referred to the Director of Coursework Studies in the School of ITEE.
- There will be three formally scheduled script viewing sessions over a semester. The dates of the sessions are available from the School offices, Level 2 General Purpose South Building, St Lucia campus.
- Students must register for a scheduled script viewing session at the ITEE school office no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the session.
- Students can register for one 15 minute viewing session for each of their final examination scripts.
- Students must present valid student cards to gain entry to the room to be allowed to view a script.
- Other than the examination paper, students can take no materials into the room with them when viewing the script, i.e., no pens, paper, bags, etc. to be taken in to the viewing room.
- Students may not discuss the contents of their examination script with one another while in the script viewing session, nor with the invigilators.
- Course coordinators will continue to be available to provide general feedback on a student's performance even after the final exam. However, the coordinator may not have the exam script in his or her office, and the feedback provided after the final exam will not extend to any detailed review of marks awarded for specific items of assessment.
- Where students request a remark of the examination paper, EAIT policies apply.
