Go to the ITEE Office (Level 2, General Purpose South Building) to report any problems with your Swipe Card or email office@itee.uq.edu.au.

7 Do I need to always use my Swipe Card to access labs within ITEE?
Yes. Students who access engineering labs (within ITEE) without using their Swipe Card or are found in computer labs (within ITEE) without their Swipe Cards will be in breach of the Conditions of Use and may face misconduct charges.

Information about the use of ITEE facilities can be found at: Computer Labs and Facilities Conditions of Use (pdf).

The swipe card system means that labs are dedicated for use by ITEE students only, rather than by the whole campus community. However, it is not obligatory to have a swipe card to access labs where the doors are timetasked to open (for example, labs in use by first years in the G.P.South building are typically timetasked to open 9am. to 7pm), or where the doors are opened by Laboratory Supervisors at given times (for example, some Axon and Hawken Building labs).
